The Company has been in the exploration stage since September 1, 2011 and has not yet realized any revenues from its planned operations. The Company is an exploration stage company as defined in Financial Accounting Standards Board (“FASB”) issued Accounting Standards Codification (“ASC”) ASC 915 “Development Stage Entities”.
